Parental Responsibility

Shared parental responsibility means both parents retain full parental rights and responsibilities and confer with each other so that major decisions affecting the welfare of the child(ren) will be determined jointly.  Some of the major decisions include education, health care and religious matters.  Otherwise, each parent will make decisions for the minor child(ren) while in his or her care during timesharing.
